children
Does anyone else think that a large part of why they may need to lose weight is their children? I know mine are. I can't blame them for it because I am the one who eats the junk, but when they get at each other I find myself wanting to lock myself in my room and enjoy a decadent piece of chocolate. mmmm chocolate. Good thing Jenny is my partner or I would have eaten many pieces of chocolate by now.

I don't think I need to do it for my children, but it is definitely hard to get all my points because of them. Too many nights of not enough sleep, and not enough time in the day to exercise sometimes. I am glad they are benefiting from it though, they are eating much more fruits and veggies and having a lot less treats. I am hoping that we can help them develop healthy habits now so when they are older this biggest loser challenge won't be a "challenge" for them, it will already be there way of life.
ReplyDeleteI'm not loosing weight for my children, that I am doing for myself. Yes, my kids always benefit when I live a healthier lifestyle. But what I meant is I have allowed them to be part of reason I need to lose weight. Kids in general are stressful for me and when I am stressed I eat more, mostly chocolate.
